Life's tick-tocking away, and this guy knows it. He doesn't really care though; death, life, the afterlife, whatever—it's all the same to him. All that matters is that he keeps doing what he wants without giving a shit about what people thought or what would happen to him. If he dies, then he dies. So what. It's not like everyone's going to keep on living forever, because in the end, everybody meets the same fate.

That's his mentality; it's what he lives by, and it's the reason why he milks life for all its worth. Is he annoying you too much? That's too bad. Is he picking on you over and over again? Get over it. He isn't going to stop for you, for them, or for anyone. Saeph does what pleases him the most, so if it's making your heart kill itself, then learn how to deal.
